Each month, their team was manually extracting data from PDF commission statements, cross-referencing it against sales records, generating individual invoices, and emailing them to each reseller. The whole process consumed over 5 hours monthly and was prone to errors.

Our Solution

We designed and built a fully automated commission processing pipeline. The system monitors an email inbox for incoming PDF statements, intelligently extracts and structures the data regardless of format variations, generates formatted invoices for each reseller, and automatically sends them via email. No human involvement required.
